Teenagers (age 14-18)

Sessions with teens are designed to support with this transitional yet pivotal stage of life and the unique challenges that come with it. I focus on exploration of identity, skill building and emotion regulation to foster independence and growth for the next generation. I would also love to provide tools and support for the parents of teens who are suffering.

Individual

Our individual therapy sessions are designed to address your specific concerns and help you navigate the stress of life. If you are suffering from chronic mental and physical health challenges, I am here to offer hope and support. Through a collaborative and skill building approach, we aim to empower you to overcome obstacles and live a fulfilling life.

12-week PTSD treatment

I offer a structured 12-week Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT) program designed for those with PTSD. reframe unhelpful thoughts, process their trauma, and regain control over their lives. Through guided sessions, we’ll work together to process your trauma and develop healthier perspectives, empowering you to move forward in your life.

Families

Our family therapy sessions focus on enhancing communication, building trust, and strengthening relationships. I provide a neutral and supportive environment for parents, children and/or siblings to address conflicts and foster a deeper connection. I can offer parent coaching and educational resources to help support your child suffering with any range of conditions or behaviors.

I am a dedicated therapist offering trauma-informed and personalized therapy services. If you are a survivor of trauma, or you take care of somebody who is, who may understand the physical and mental toll it takes on people and families. Trauma can leave both emotional and physical imprints, making it hard to feel at home in your body. I seek to help those who are struggling with health challenges and seeking healing, support, and effective stress management tools in conjunction with outside medical care.

 

Through a compassionate, holistic approach, I can help you reconnect with yourself, regain balance, and find a path toward healing and well-being. I incorporate evidence-based techniques such as mindfulness, parts work, Cognitive and Dialectical Behavioral Therapies (CBT & DBT), and tailor treatment to your unique needs. I can support you in building coping tools, increasing self-compassion and finding purpose in life.. Our therapy sessions will tailored to your individual needs, promoting growth and restoration of your natural balance.

Scheduling an appointment with me is easy. Simply contact me via phone or email to book a convenient time for your free 30-minute initial consultation. We strive to accommodate your schedule and provide prompt assistance.

During a therapy session with me, you can expect a safe and confidential environment where you can openly discuss your thoughts and feelings. I will listen attentively, offer guidance, and work collaboratively with you to explore solutions and promote personal growth.

How much do sessions cost and do you accept my insurance?

I offer a low fee and sliding scale to keep therapy affordable for all my clients. My standard individual therapy fee is $150 and family therapy is $180. I do not accept insurance at this time, however I can provide a superbill for you to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement.
